For the implementation of this regulation, according to the needs of the Ministry, guidelines can be created and implemented. Note: (1) The words substituted by the Malpot (Second Amendment) Rules, 2052:- "Village" Development Committee or Municipality" instead of "Panchayat".
(2) The words substituted by the Certain Nepal Laws Amendment Act, 2063:- “Government of Nepal” instead of “Government of Shri 5”.
